Description:

A valued client for over 30 years, we embraced the opportunity of continuing our working relationship with Corporate Central Credit Union at their new site after previously providing landscape architectural design and construction services for their existing building.

The challenges of this new site were many. Throughout the design process we worked with city officials for adherence to City of New Berlin codes and zoning ordinances affecting retaining walls, noise abatement, screening, storm water management and landscape issues. We established a collaborative relationship between architect, general contractor, owner and neighbors.  Vegetative screening was introduced to reduce noise from the 12 ft. high generator as well as screen it from view from the adjoining neighborhood and entrance drive as you approach the building.

We prepared conceptual design layout and final plans for 14 ft. walls on the sides of the building and various iterations of landscape plans throughout the design/build process. We achieved the clients goals, budget and timetables.

Corporate Central Credit Union a stunning landscape, natural in feel from the entrance to the slopes and storm water detention area truly portray our motto "Helping Nature Work Wonders".
