Without a walk to the street, access to the house was limited to an existing sunken, crumbling walk off the drive to the front door. An entrance walk was designed and constructed connecting the breezeway and the front entrance. The front stoop was enlarged to provide for an intimate area for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine. Imported clay pavers were used for the walk and a custom radius lannon rock face step was designed to tie in with the residence facade. Adjacent plant beds were created for addition of plants to update, add color, interest and curb appeal to the front of the residence.
